God is Awesome

dd and I have been creating cards left and right. We finally figured it all out and we are moving like lightning! Thanks God for all He does for us. He is awesome.
We have added some large stationery and also the personalized cards...mostly the Holiday cards so you can make any of them your own. We still have many in the design stage, so keep checking back often.
We will be listed in the Christian Business Directory soon, be watching. We are very excited to be apart of that!
Our pay-per-click advertising will start next month. That will drive more traffic to the site! dd and I are looking forward to that.

DD and I are card making fools! It seems that all we are doing lately. It is the funnest thing! We get to a point that we have to walk away because our fingers are too tired to type anymore...so, I am typing a blog now, go figure. Don't tell anyone, but I am using my feet! Just kidding.
Anyway, our site is filling up with some wonderful cards. We figured out how to use personalized section, so you are able to personalize the cards and note cards...well, we only have one there now, but keep checking back, our fingers are tired-give us girls a break! :-) I know it is nice to personalize cards, so we will begin work real soon on those.
We still have many cards in the design stage. Keep looking, we add almost daily.

Hello everyone. We had a sale yesterday. I know it may not sound like much to you, but it is great for us. I was so excited to hear we sold a box set of all occasion cards. We will soon have our box sets available online and individual cards to buy really soon! Keep watching. Thanks Kelley for helping us sell this set!

Still not there~

Good morning everyone. www.ddkays.com is still not there! We are live and have a few cards online, but there are still glitches to over come. Be patient with us. We are new to this and we are working hard to correct everything and to make it an easy site to shop for all your greeting card needs.
I want to thank Jason for all the work he has done on the site to make it how I saw it in my head. He has done much work-thank you Jason!
Be patient also while we are in the design stage of many new cards. The designers can't keep up with what Donna and I are giving them. Keep looking daily to see our newest.

God is Good~

God is so good to us! He is opening doors to all the stumbling blocks we have come across since we opened www.ddkays.com He is so awesome and I give Him all the praise and glory. This is a new adventure and I learn something new everyday. It is hard work, but we are getting there.

Holiday Weekends

I look forward to Holiday weekends! I am not planning on going anywhere, but just to stay home and catch up here.

There is still so much work to do for dd kay's! I think it will be never ending. However, it is work I enjoy. I enjoy ever minute. I may get tired and sometimes frustrated, but at the end of the day...it is joyful for me.

Be patient with our site www.ddkays.com we are still working out our kinks--that happen with any new site. No matter the planning you may do, there will still be start-up problems.

I know many people have visited our site-we thank you all. Please don't forget our designers are working hard to get more cards up. Visit daily to see them.

Learning

God is teaching me some tough lessons lately. How to wait patiently. How the tongue can damage people. How my attitude and thoughts can be sinful. All tough. I have learned a lot in the studies that I am doing. I pray I can turn from the wrongs I learned and it change my life forever. God is good.

ddkay's is up and going. We have so many cards and things in the works I can hardly wait to get them online for you to view. We have several designers working hard. Be patient!

Monday morning

Good morning everyone. It's Monday, the start of the work week. Usually I am not a happy camper on Monday. It means my weekend is over and they are way too short. Today, I want to Keep a positive attitude. Once the day is over, I am already closer to my next weekend! I love weekends.

waiting yuk!

Hello everyone! Wanted to do a morning blog...blog, what does that mean? Anyway...it's Sunday morning and I was just on ddkays.com to see if there was any activity. I get a report for google for the day before...I see Amy from Germany looked at our site! Thanks Amy. She also emailed everyone to let them know about us...I thought that was very sweet!

Well, it is a waiting game. I need to learn patience! That I know. It just took so long to get this site up, I want everyone to look! :-) Oh well, God is teaching me patience I know.

Finally here!

ddkays.com is finally here and we are live! It has been months of planning and prep work, but we made it. Donna and I are finally relieved. Last night we gave the biggest exhale of relief.

We also realized it is only the beginning! There is so much work ahead. I have to admit, for a split second, I groaned. I quickly realized it, and gave thanks. God gave us this opportunity and I don't want to blow it, nor do I want to miss a second of His plan for us. Plus, creating the cards and other items on our site is the most exciting work for me!

Our site seems so empty right now. I know it will take time to fill it up. Be patient with us. Check back often. We will be adding cards almost daily. We have so many planned, so many on paper, and so many in the design stages...but we had to go live!
